Lisandro Granados is a partner in Baravalle & Granados law firm. His fields of professional practice include mainly commercial and corporate law, as he participates in takeovers, mergers, restructurings, transfers of capital stocks, corporate conflicts, shareholders’ agreements, among others. He is also a member of business administrative and auditing bodies, and works in the field of insurance law as external lawyer of insurance companies. He is former director of the Social Security Funds for Lawyers and Solicitors of the Province of Santa Fe.
